Refund policy

Customer must request refund within 7 days of receiving item. Refunds are available if item is too small or too big. Item must NOT BE WORN. Customer must pay shipping cost of $5.00 in order to exchange item. Once item is received, customer will be sent an item to replace the previous one.

Certain products are NON-REFUNDABLE. Ex: Custom chains.
